Harrison Jarlette - Director of Accounting & Administration

Harrison is part of the third generation of Jarlettes to have an active role in the day-to-day operations of Jarlette Health Services. As Director of Accounting and Administration, he is responsible for providing leadership in the financial aspects of the organization, as well as for the IT and networks which connect the home office, long-term care homes and retirement lodges.

Harrison has earned a Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Nipissing University, has completed post graduate studies in Project Management and Business Analysis and is an alumnus of Family Shift, a graduate program for Family Business Governance.

He has worked in the organization for 14 years, during which time he has had the roles of Accounting Manager (Long Term Care Analytics, Accounting Manager (Retirement Communities Analytics) and Accounting Manager - Analytics.

Throughout these, and in his current role as Director, he has demonstrated commitment to ensuring resources are maximized to the greatest benefit of our organization�s residents and communities.

Harrison lives in Springwater with his wife and young daughter. Together, they enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle, including skiing, hiking and biking in the surrounding scenic environs.
